Answers for account access, Spotify connection, and the standalone music workspace.

Access

How do I sign in to the Music app?

Use the Music login page on this subdomain. Your account is shared with the rest of Sapphire, but sessions are scoped per app, so you sign in separately here.

Why do I need an approved email provider to register?

Music reuses the same account approval flow as the rest of the platform. Access requests are reviewed before the account is activated.

I never received my login or reset email. What should I check?

Confirm the email address, check spam or promotions folders, then try again. If it still does not arrive, contact support from this page.

Spotify

How do I connect Spotify?

Sign in, open the dashboard, and choose Connect with Spotify. You will be redirected to Spotify and then returned to Music after authorization completes.

Why is a page empty even though Spotify is connected?

Some sections depend on Spotify history or account permissions. Liked tracks, followed artists, and top tracks may be empty if Spotify has not returned enough data yet.

Can I disconnect Spotify later?

Yes. Open the dashboard and disconnect your Spotify account from the connected panel. The dashboard queries will refresh after disconnect.

Privacy & Data

What data does Music read from Spotify?

The app reads profile, listening history, playlists, liked tracks, albums, followed artists, and related library metadata so it can render the six music views.

Is the Music app write-only or read-only?

Sprint 1 is read-only. It shows your Spotify data and account state but does not modify playlists or library content.

Where can I read the legal terms?

Use the Privacy and Terms links below or in the auth footer to review the public legal pages for this app.
